EXECUTIVE SUMMARY


This project consists of rehabilitation of the water plant piping and related appurtenances in Cross Creek Ranch (CCR) at Water Plant 1. Staff advertised for bids beginning on November 6, 2023, and received 0 responses. Staff evaluated the re-advertised for bids beginning on January 12, 2024, and received 0 responses.

Seven cooperative contractors were contacted to provide a proposal for the work. Weisinger Incorporated visited the site with Staff and submitted a proposal for the work against the BuyBoard Cooperative Pricing Agreement Contract # 672-22 in the amount of $89,650.00.

This project is estimated to be completed in 60 days from the Notice to Proceed. 


RECOMMENDATION


Staff recommends City Council approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Purchase Order for the Water System Rehabilitation project (W20A) with Weisinger Incorporated in the amount of $89,650.00.
