SUBJECT:   CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION TO APPROVE THE THIRD AMENDMENT TO A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF FULSHEAR, TEXAS, AND PULTE HOMES OF TEXAS, L.P.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY


Pulte Homes of Texas, L.P. has submitted a proposed amendment to their development agreement with the City.  The amendment proposes a change in the residential home elevations.  Staff met with representatives from Pulte and viewed the updated elevations and felt that it was a positive change and would have a beneficial impact on the quality within the Del Webb community.


RECOMMENDATION


It is staff's recommendation that the City Council approve the amendment to the development agreement between Pulte Homes of Texas, L.P. and the City of Fulshear.
