EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
As part of the James Lane Waterline extension project, the new 12" waterline will extend along James Lane from the intersection of Creekside Terrace Dr heading North to the intersection of FM 1093. We will be crossing beneath FM 1093 to tie-in to an existing waterline in the northern ROW. Due to the crossing beneath FM 1093, a permit from TxDOT is required. TxDOT requires approval from Fort Bend County before providing approval. Due to the waterline crossing Fort Bend County Toll Road Authority's Right-of-Way, a crossing agreement is required.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends Council authorize the City Manager to execute the permit agreement with Fort Bend County Toll Road Authority.
