EXECUTIVE SUMMARY


As outlined in the amendments to the Tamarron and Tamarron West Development Agreements, the City agreed to consent to the annexation of the three separate tracts of land into MUD’s 182, 188, and 222.


RECOMMENDATION


It is staff’s recommendation that the City Council Consent to the annexation of the three tracts of land as outlined in the development agreement.
