EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Estates at James Lane generally located at the end of James Lane, and within the City limits has submitted a Master Sign Plan. Included in the submittal is a proposed monument sign situated on the South side of the entrance to the community as well as a trail information sign located at the end of James Estates Drive within the community. The monument sign is setback approximately 10' from the right-of-way, exceeding the maximum 5' setback requirement within the Suburban Residential District. All additional sign types, designs, and locations can be identified on the attached exhibits and supporting documents.
RECOMMENDATION
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval for the Estates at James Lane Master Sign Plan at the 06.07.2024 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. It is staff's recommendation to approve the Estates at James Lane Master Sign Plan.
