EXECUTIVE SUMMARY


Staff advertised for bids beginning on May 9, 2024, and received 1 response on June 6, 2024 for $3,260,220.10 for the base bid and $4,369,566.10 for the full bid with alternatives. Staff are working with the design engineer to evaluate the bid response and re-advertise the project. 

 



RECOMMENDATION


Staff recommends City Council reject bid #2024-041 for the Harris Street project.
