EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On May 17, 2022, City Council approved an agreement with K and E Group, Inc (Bright Lights Houston) for holiday decorations for city facilities and Downtown Fulshear. Staff recently met with Bright Lights to discuss the 2023 decorations and are proposing modifications to better suit our community and the various locations. The modifications are detailed in the attached exhibit from Bright Lights.
The proposed amendment does not increase the annual cost of the holiday decorations but extends the contract for an additional years; fees not to exceed $98,595.00 per each respective Term as outlined in the amended agreement.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends City Council approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to agreement 2022-038 with K and E Group, Inc. for holiday decorations services for a total Not to Exceed of $492,972.00 over the term(s) of the amended agreement.
