EXECUTIVE SUMMARY


Percheron is working on behalf of Fort Bend County to secure the additional right-of-way that is needed for the Wallis Street improvement project.  The City of Fulshear owns an approximately .0018-acre tract along Wallis Street - a vestige of an old alley way.


RECOMMENDATION


It is staffs recommendation that the City Council approve the sale of the .0018-acre tract to Fort Bend County and to authorize the Mayor to execute all necessary documents related to the sale of that .0018-acre tract.
