EXECUTIVE SUMMARY


The CCR Texas Holdings,LP is assigning all portion of Morgan Spur Drive, a public-right-of-way , located in Morgans Spur Drive Extension No. 1 in Fort Bend County, Texas to the City of Fulshear (City). 

 

This Donation Deed and the conveyance herinabove set forth is made for public use and enjoyment as and for public rights-of-way.


RECOMMENDATION


City Council accept the donation deed for right-of-way.
