EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
In November of 2022 the City of Fulshear and Lamar Consolidated Independent School District (LCISD) entered into an interlocal agreement to accomplish shared objectives. According to that agreement, the City would review, permit, and inspect certain LCISD building projects within the City at no cost. At a commensurate value LCISD would confirm that Leyendecker Road is a public right-of-way, dedicate a 30' wide strip of land along the eastern boundary of the Downtown Water Plant to account for plant expansion, and a 30' wide strip of land along the northern boundary of Huggins Elementary for public right-of-way.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of the dedication of land.
